DETAIL
Engineered for Endurance: Alumina-Silicate Bricks and Blocks!
The ASA-P-B alumino-silicate based pressed product is manufactured specifically for the glass industry, providing exceptional performance in high-temperature applications. With a composition rich in Al2O3 and SiO2, this product (Standard, Dense and Excessive Dense) offers outstanding thermal stability and resistance to chemical wear, making it ideal for use in glass melting furnaces, regenerator walls, regenerative chambers, bottom blocks, rider arch, crown and other critical high-heat environments.
The inclusion of andalusite, a key mineral known for its superior thermal shock resistance, enhances the material’s ability to withstand rapid temperature fluctuations without cracking or degrading. This makes the product particularly suited for the demanding conditions found in glass production processes.
Additionally, ASA-P-B features a high cold crushing strength (C.C.S.) ranging from 400 to 800 kg/cm², ensuring structural integrity even under extreme pressure. With excellent refractoriness under load (R.U.L.), reaching up to 1680°C, the product maintains its strength and stability at elevated temperatures, reducing the need for frequent replacements. Its low thermal expansion further ensures minimal dimensional changes under heat stress, promoting long-term durability.
This alumino-silicate pressed product is the ideal choice for glass manufacturers seeking reliable, high-performance refractory materials that can withstand the extreme conditions typical in glass furnaces, providing enhanced operational efficiency and longevity in critical applications. The ability to customize dimensions allows effective interaction with customers, and combined with fast production and resolution of foreign sourcing challenges, vides a solid foundation for collaboration.
